When will my order be ready?

We make and ship each piece after you order (for card payments, once the payment has gone through), which usually takes 2–3 working days. If you need it urgently, write to info@langojewelry.com or message us on Facebook and we'll see what we can do.

How do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship within Hungary: to parcel lockers and pick-up points (Foxpost, Packeta Z-Point, GLS, DPD and AlzaBox, post offices, PostaPont), to your door (GLS, DPD, MPL), or as a registered letter. Shipping currently starts at about €3–4 (parcel locker); the exact fee is shown at checkout next to each option, and you can choose your pick-up point on a map.

What is the jewellery made of?

Mostly stainless steel, selected minerals and cultured or special pearls. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic, water-resistant and does not tarnish. Each product page lists the exact materials and sizes.

Can I ask for a different size or a custom piece?

Yes — many necklaces and bracelets can be made in another size, and we take custom, wedding and corporate orders. Write to info@langojewelry.com.

Can I return an item?

For online purchases you can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason — use the withdrawal form or email us.
